Interesting take on the stray dog issue. ABC Rules contain an important policy mandate which should have been part of the law and for that it would have been discussed and debated in the Parliament.

"India’s response in the past two weeks again seems to be high on optics, with multiple meetings with Russia and a quick, convenient thawing of ice with China, with a misguided aim to ‘teach’ Trump a lesson".

Please don't post completely false statements, these meeting were planned in advance. Take your anger somewhere else, expected better

Do you have any reference confirming that the meetings were planned in advance?

I believe that India (from 1947) has done an excellent job of not aligning with any of the blocks. And what is happening is a continuation of it. Some of it may work. Some may not. Nothing is 100% effective

Also, can we have quotes and philosophy from India instead of depending on Greek stuff? Thanks

India must launch a massive global diversification of markets to sell its products and services. The targets are Europe, East, primarily Japan, Australia and New Zealand. In addition most of the south nations in Africa and South America are important options.. Continue US markets for export at subsidized levels, as needed. Thawing relations with China should be measured and reciprocal based. They are the source to Pakistan, our existential enemy.

The assumption: that last two week's activities with China-Russia is a response to Trump's bullying.

Is that a correct assessment.

Thawing with China has been in progress since Kazan i guess. And the efforts has been ongoing even before that.

Same goes with Russia, nothing reactive.
