Sometimes I think Pranay's article should be before RSJ. Like this article of Pranay on Indian budget is more insightful than RSJ's rant on Fundamental Duties.
I used to like RSJ a lot but he has gone more into theory now (which is good for aspiring public policy students), but he's true talent lies in writing on contemporary Indian politics and society.
