Coincidentally - govt has just imposed the air-fare band . Few positive though - 1) the band is wide 2) It has an expiry date. From pure theoritical analysis - given the uncertainty of the demand , shouldn't the fare be decided by market (with Airindia being one of the player). Govt should focus on implementation of safety .
