I think you’re wrong about population growth. We simply have too many people. Our state is too incompetent to handle so many. Let the numbers shrink, and we will do a lot better. Look to China: the one child policy has led to astonishing growth that easily trounces our very best numbers. We should not have more children. All we can do is promise them starvation and unemployment.
