Nitin Pai argues that India conducting Malabar-exercises, Indian navy-strolling-in-South-China-Sea, creates pressure on China. I do not understand how. Can you please explain why creating naval 'pressure' in and around South-China-Sea will work? Why can't China ignore such war-games? What happens in these war-games that can get China worried?
